We Exist Because Nobody Taught Women How to Use Their Superpower.

HerRythma™ Centre of Excellence was founded on a single powerful truth: every
woman is born with a biological intelligence that, when understood and applied,
becomes her greatest competitive advantage — in her career, her business, her
family, and her relationship with Allah.

For too long, women have been taught to push through their cycle, suppress their
biology, and perform in a world that was never designed with them in mind. The
result? Burnout. Inconsistency. Invisible talent. A leadership pipeline that keeps
shrinking.

We built HerRythma™ to change that — for every woman in Malaysia, and
eventually, the world.

About model 003

Our Mission

To empower 100,000 Malaysian women — and beyond — with Cycle Intelligence™ : the science, the strategy, and the sisterhood they need to perform, lead, and live in alignment with their biological rhythm.

Our Vision

A Malaysia where every woman — from the boardroom to the home — understands
her body as a divine gift, leads with biological confidence, and builds a life that is
productive, purposeful, and deeply close to Allah.

What We Stand For

Neurobiological Cycle Intelligence (NBCI) training

  1. Sisterhood
We rise together. No woman is left behind, regardless of her background, industry, or stage of life.
  2. Science
Everything we teach is grounded in peer-reviewed research in women's physiology, neurochemistry, and hormonal science.
  3. Spirituality
We honour the divine wisdom embedded in a woman's biological design. Her cycle is not a weakness — it is a gift from Allah.
  4. Service
We exist to serve women at every stage: from the boardroom to the classroom, from the home to the community.
  5. Sustainability
We build transformations that outlast the training room. Our 90-day tracking framework ensures change that sticks.

Our Commitment to Global Goals

HerRythma™ Centre of Excellence is purposefully designed to drive measurable
change — not just for individual women, but for Malaysia's broader social and
economic fabric.

SDG 3 — Good Health & Well-Being

  • Menstrual health literacy, cycle-synced nutrition strategies, and perimenopause support address critical, underserved women's health gaps.
SDG 5 — Gender Equality
  • We directly address Malaysia's declining women in senior management (36.2% in 2025) by equipping women with leadership identity anchored in biological confidence — not imitation.

SDG 8 — Decent Work & Economic Growth

  • Through the R.I.T.M.A. programme, we activate untapped economic potential — turning homemakers, freelancers, and career returners into productive contributors to Malaysia's knowledge economy.

SDG 10 — Reduced Inequalities

  • Our Community Edition reaches women beyond corporate access: gig workers, homemakers, and young women entering womanhood.

We are fully aligned with Malaysia's MADANI Agenda and endorsed under the
PERANTIS programme by KPWKM — the Ministry of Women, Family and
Community Development.
